DAY ONE – Sunday
Welcome to Sicily! Palermo
- 11:00am: Arrival and meet up at Palermo

DAY TWO – Monday
Monreale - Palermo Quarters & Foodie –– Palermo by night
- 10:00am: This morning, after breakfast,
our journey of discovery starts with a guided walking experience and visit of Monreale and its stunning
Norman-Byzantine Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an amazing example of that artistic and architectural fusion of cultures that Sicily is famous
for
- 12:30: Lunch in Monreale will be followed by a guided visit through the fascinating
quarters of Palermo, a true cultural immersion in its history spanning over 2700 years!
- Our walk will include Palermo’s mesmerizing architecture and heritage from the Phoenicians to the
Romans, from the Byzantine influence to its Arab and Norman domination
- 18:00:
Late afternoon Aperitivo followed by dinner in Palermo arranged by Guests or an evening at the Opera
(dependant of the Theatre Season Calendar)
DAY THREE – Tuesday
Private Sicilian Cooking Class in Palermo with Markets – Palermo with Theatre option
- 10:30: This morning, a very special treat…sleeves
up for a hands-on Cooking Masterclass with Chef to disclose the some of the secrets behind a few Sicilian staple dishes!
- Let your Host guide
you through the typical and busy markets of Palermo before moving on to your very own Cookery Masterclass
- Your class will cover
the most delicious Sicilian preparations and recipes under the guidance of our passionate Chefs, followed by lunch to sample the fruits of our labour!
- 15:00: After lunch, we would recommend time at leisure
exploring Palermo, an Art Gallery or enjoy an opera or concert at the imposing Teatro Massimo (dependant of the Theatre Season Calendar)

DAY FOUR – Wednesday
Erice – Segesta & Temple – Palermo
- 09:30:
After breakfast, we set off to visit the fascinating village of Erice, where myth, history and culture
blend both marvelously and mysteriously
- Our walk through Erice will guide us
through the cobbled streets and alleys that inspired the poet Virgil for his poem Aeneid
- Visits will include Erice’s fortified
walls, quarters and churches and castles built in the most beautiful architectural variety, with special attention to the Spanish Quarter and the Norman Castle
of Venus, all overlooking stunning views
- 13:00:
visit to the woven carpet and artistic ceramic shops before lunch and then we carry on to reach the ancient town of
Segesta
- Segesta offers an amazing glimpse into the culture of Ancient Greece through its impressive and well-preserved V-century BCE Temple and
Theatre, a breathtaking leap into a glorious history
- Visit to the Temple and the archaeological site
before heading back to Palermo

DAY FIVE – Thursday
Cefalu’ – Wine Tasting & Pairing - Palermo
- 10:00: This morning we will reach the beautiful town of
Cefalu’, a concentration of history and beauty and a UNESCO world heritage site
- Suspended between the Tyrrhenian sea and the Madonie mountains, Cefalù is dominated by the imposing profile of
La Rocca. It is one of the most evocative and mysterious corners of Sicily, but also one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, with its succession of
alleys and medieval streets. will feature a guided visit through Agrigento’s Valley of the
Temples, a breathtaking visit of Sicily’s most notable Temples, Churches and Acropolis
- 12:30: Lunch will be in Cefalu’ or nearby
- 15:00: Return to Palermo featuring a special en-route

- 18:30: Evening at leisure and dinner in Palermo arranged by

DAY SIX – Friday
Corleone & Mafia Myth & Legend – Cooking Masterclass II – Agrigento
*Ferrari, Lamborghini & Maserati Option*
- 09:30: After breakfast, we say goodbye to our hosts in Palermo and start a very special day through Sicily
- OPTION: sit behind the wheel of our Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati to enjoy an epic drive
today! Convoy will be entirely controlled by our pace vehicle for pure enjoyment and peace of mind! (Quoted separately)
- Our first destination is the famous (or infamous?!) town of God
Father memory Corleone for a true in-depth experience of Sicily’s mafia between myth, legend and reality
- Arrival in Piazza Falcone Borsellino to meet with our local
guide and start our personal Walking Tour
- Introduction to Corleone’s intriguing Mafia origins with several famous stops
along our walk throughout its fascinating historical old town
- We will then take off an a panoramic drive to reach Corleone’s highest mountain point
and visits to several Norman and Arab sites
- Lunch will be at a local Trattoria, but our hosts will welcome
us to a Cooking Masterclass that will feature Sicily’s most traditional dishes!
- After lunch, we head towards the coast and reach Agrigento, among
Sicily’s most important cultural and historical experiences!
- A Greek settlement dating back millennia, Agrigento was among the wealthiest
colonies of Magna Graecia
- Check-in at hotel followed by dinner and an evening walk through town arranged by

DAY SEVEN – Saturday
Agrigento & The Temple Valley – Sunset Boat Experience – Mediterranean Sea
- 10:00: This morning will feature a guided visit through
Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples, a breathtaking visit of Sicily’s most notable Temples, Churches and Acropolis
- Lunch will be excellent fish caught locally at one of Agrigento’s best restaurants, well known by the locals!
- 16:30: short transfer to the nearby port of San Leone
(12 minutes) for a real treat! Sunset boat ride along Sicily’s Southern Coastline to explore the natural beauties in the fascinating light of this time of the
day
- Our exploration will include the magnificent Stair of the Turks and Realmonte with a chance to swim in the
crystal clear waters if the Mediterranean Sea
- 20:00: Return to Agrigento and evening at leisure arranged by
Guests
DAY EIGHT – Sunday
Cheese Making Experience & Agriturismo Lunch – Palermo Airport
- 09:30: After breakfast, we leave Agrigento and reach a
famous Master Cheese Maker who will be waiting for us to give us a taste (literally!) of what Sicilian cheeses are all about on the Western side of the
island
- Our Hosts will welcome us to the farm and guide us through the organic cheese making process the that has made the Giambrone family so well-known around
the world!
- Lunch will feature a very delicate cheese tasting and local products from the farm and the surrounding villages for a very flavourful
experience
- 15:00: After lunch, departure to reach Palermo
Airport (ETA 16:30/17:00)…Arrivederci Sicily!
